☆ For shirts, tumblers, tote bags and phone cases:
• We use different print shops to produce and ship these goods
• We do not see items manufactured by them, before they are shipped
• Items are shipped off directly from their facility to save you time and money
• If there's ever any printing or product defects, such as blurry printing, wrong size or design sent, etc. please let us know within 21 days after delivery, so we can request a replacement from our print partner
• Once you leave a review order will be considered closed, so we appreciate the chance to correct any error should they arise, before a review is left
• Since we do not produce these items in studio, other items such as stickers and prints will ship separately
☆ If you have any questions please feel free to message us and we will get back to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If you message us on the weekend we will respond back the following Monday.
